Marketing Engineer
Build the technical growth engine for intelligence before the market moves.
Make a complex intelligence product easy to discover, understand and act on
Lima Xi is building predictive intelligence infrastructure for global trade — connecting sensing, prediction and decision support across aviation, energy, maritime flows, chokepoints and geopolitical cascade risk.
We are looking for a Marketing Engineer to turn that product into measurable demand, qualified conversations and repeatable learning loops. You will build landing pages, instrument funnels, connect tools and design AI-agent workflows that produce auditable business output.
This is a builder’s role. It is part growth engineer, part AI automation builder, part content systems architect and part technical operator.
Role snapshot
A technical demand engine with useful AI at the centre
01Growth infrastructure
- High-conversion landing and campaign pages for operator, investor and partner audiences
- Lead capture, routing, enrichment, scoring and follow-up workflows
- Analytics dashboards that show which channels produce qualified demand
- Attribution across visitor → qualified lead → briefing/demo → pilot conversation
02AI-agent workflows
- Signal-to-content and account-research agents with sources attached
- Lead qualification, campaign experimentation and CRM-hygiene flows
- Briefing personalization for aviation, maritime, energy and investor audiences
- Human approval, clear logs and safe failure modes for every external workflow
03Content and discoverability
- AI-assisted research and insight workflows for global trade and geopolitical risk
- SEO metadata, structured data, page performance and Search Console improvements
- Briefing, newsletter and insight-delivery systems with editorial review
- Founder and operator insight turned into repeatable content systems
04Operating leverage
- Connect tools with APIs, webhooks, databases, workflow builders and lightweight code
- Build dashboards and a weekly operating rhythm around what is working
- Document workflows so non-engineers can use and improve them
- Ship small internal tools that reduce noise and increase speed
From audit to recurring systems
Days 1–30
- Audit the web presence, funnel, analytics and tool stack
- Ship the first improved briefing/demo conversion path
- Build a simple traffic, source and qualified-lead dashboard
- Prototype one useful AI-agent workflow
Days 31–60
- Launch two or three audience-specific landing or campaign pages
- Instrument tracking across website, CRM, email and outbound
- Put one AI-agent flow into recurring use with human review
- Create a repeatable market-signal-to-content process
Days 61–90
- Establish a technical growth engine that produces qualified conversations
- Improve conversion quality, not just volume
- Build a reusable library of marketing and research workflows
- Give the founding team a clear weekly view of demand and learning
A builder who thinks in systems, loops and evidence
You understand marketing, but you are comfortable in code, APIs, analytics and automation. You can make AI useful without making it reckless, and turn a founder’s rough idea into a working asset.
Required
- 3+ years in technical marketing, growth engineering, marketing operations, automation or full-stack marketing
- Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript; practical Python or SQL is useful
- Experience with analytics, CRM/lifecycle systems and APIs or webhooks
- Practical AI workflow experience beyond prompt writing
- Clear written communication and comfort working independently
Strong pluses
- AI-agent frameworks or OpenAI/Anthropic API workflows
- ABM, B2B SaaS, logistics, aviation, energy or intelligence products
- Technical SEO, schema.org, Search Console or page-performance experience
